This series consists of one register recording details of holding tenements, central. Whilst the index refers to HLDC 1-108, it lists tenement number, date of application, holder, date of determination and previous tenure for HLDC 1-105 only. Each page of the register records security, name of tenement, status of land, survey plan no., area, registered holder including miners right number and number of shares, transfers and encumbrances. Some entries have dates of forfeiture or surrender.The column to the right of the page records locality, map reference, minerals, date renewed to, date of gazette, instrument issued, authority to occupy issued, date of grant, date and time lodged, former title registration, HLDC number and date. All entries have former title registration references.
